General Cancellation Policies:
Glendalia is a 6 room Boutique Extended Stay Hotel and requires a minimum 3 night stays and can’t accommodate short notice cancellations.
A 7-day cancellation by phone prior to check in date is required for no charge. If your reservation is cancelled by phone within 72 hours of check in, a cancellation fee (25% of room charges) will be applied to your credit card. After 72 hours or a No-show, you will be charged according to your booked reservation.
For events that the entire hotel is booked a 30-day cancellation and 50% deposit is required at the 30-day date. If for some reason you have to cancel, we will do our best to rebook the rooms and credit your card, but you will be responsible for the room until it has been re-booked.
We know that plans change and appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible.
Check in time is 3:00pm – 6:00pm, please let us know if your arrival time will be later than 6pm
Check out time is 10:00 am late check-outs can be arranged depending on reservations. Please let us know if you need a later check out, and we will try to accommodate your needs
To cancel a reservation, please call us at (513) 376-9645. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival are subject to a 100% charge for the price of the reservation.
